HANDMADE CURTAINS & BLINDS
Our curtains and Roman blinds are all lovingly handmade by Liz, and start off with a personal consultation, usually in your own home, to measure windows and discuss designs, colours and fabrics. Liz will work with you for the entire project, right through from designing a beautiful scheme, providing a detailed quote, arranging fitting of new poles or tracks (where required) and hanging the finished curtains to ensure they are perfect.
The choices available for curtains can be overwhelming, with so many heading styles and fabric combinations to choose from. Liz will help you to choose the most suitable style for your room and is able to make up any style of curtain from simple voiles and eyelet curtains, to luxury interlined hand-pleated curtains.

HOW DO WE MAKE OUR CURTAINS?
All our curtains are lined and interlined using superior quality materials to ensure a beautifully finished product. Multiple fabric layers are interlocked to each other, allowing the layers to hang and move together as a single unit. Corners are perfectly mitred and weighted. Patterned fabrics are carefully joined together so that seams become almost invisible, and much care is taken to ensure patterns are placed and displayed to show them at their best.
HOW DO WE MAKE OUR ROMAN BLINDS?
We make our Roman blinds using a special interlocking technique to ensure that no stitching is visible on the front of the blind, avoiding unsightly puckering and sagging. They are blackout interlined as standard giving a beautifully full finish, but can be made to whatever your design specification is. Our blinds are supplied on fully child-safe compliant headrails which are smooth and easy to use. There are multiple options for chain colour, and motorised headrails are also available.
